IOS Press, an independent and international STM publishing house established in 1987 in Amsterdam, serves the information needs of scientific and medical communities worldwide. IOS Press is headquartered in Amsterdam with satellite offices in the USA, Germany and China. In October 2005 IOS Press took over the Dutch university publishing house Delft University Press.
