Open Science Festival 2022
On 1 September 2022, the second edition of the Netherlands National Open Science Festival will take place at the Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam. Like its first edition, the festival is a community-sourced gathering for researchers active in the Netherlands to:
- MEET researchers who already work openly or want to get started
- SHARE knowledge on all things Open Science: what works well, and what does not
- INSPIRE each other, find ways to collaborate, cross-pollinate and connect dots
- CARE for one another, and what’s been accomplished, as in essence, working openly is a collective journey.
Submit your proposal for peer to peer knowledge sharing
We invite researchers that have a topic related to Open Science that they want to discuss or share with peers to submit a session or workshop proposal by 13 May 2022. Our Program Committee, consisting of various researchers active within different fields of Open Science, will assess the proposals. Approved sessions/workshops will be added to the Programme on 8 June 2022.
In the 2021 edition, your peers organised workshops and sessions on:
- Open Source Hardware Building Session;
- A Reprohack workshop;
- How-To Publish your Book in Open Access;
- Post Publication Review Platforms;
- FAIR and Open Data from Finish to Start.
And many more!
