NWO wants to give a further boost to the open access availability of academic books that result from its funding. That is why NWO will make 500,000 euros available per 1 June 2020.

On August 27th 2020, the National Open Science Festival will be held at Wageningen University & Research.

Many US universities can publish scientific articles directly open access. For this they use the Harvard open access licensing model.
