Open Science en Open Access in Dutch coalition agreement 2017– 2021
The Dutch Coalition agreement declares "open science" and "open access" normative for scientific research in the Netherlands. The coalition agreement is titled "Vertrouwen in de toekomst" which means "Confidence in the future".
