100th granted funding request from the EC FP7 Post-Grant Open Access Pilot
The FP7 Gold Open Access pilot, launched May 2015, has reached its first milestone: 100 requests for peer-reviewed articles have been approved by grant providers. As a result open access articles are placed on the platforms of the publishers and repositories of the applicant universities.
The Dutch contribution also beginning to get underway. Of the 9 applications 5 articles were approved so far.
The FP7 pilot will run until April 2017.
